I love Halloween. I don’t decorate, or give out candy, but I do allow myself to indulge in scary movies, books and video games while eating candy.

If you haven’t read it yet, hop on over to Book Lover’s Hideaway to read a 1,200 ish word short story about Josie’s first Halloween after vampires came out. It was 10-years ago, Josie was young and sort of innocent, and technology was old school.
Check it out–you can even enter to win a set of books!
Updates
I’m still working on a cover design for the short story mentioned above. Once I have that, I’ll send it out as an e-book to all Hussy Listers and I’ll put it up on Amazon and Smashwords as a free download.

Hubby is, like, totally not doing the cover for that one either even though I sent him concept art months ago. I think I need to coordinate a pushy email campaign in order to get him moving. Otherwise I’ll have to design my own covers, and they will look like this:
Let’s hope this doesn’t happen.

LOL! I love the “at least I didn’t use papyrus” part. Too funny.
